God’s Plan

Iam an entrepreneur. I was raised by an entrepreneur. I have friends who are entrepreneurs. I serve people who are entrepreneurs. I have noticed a need for faith among the entrepreneur community. We are all looking for ways to pay the bills, make an income, make passive streams of income, and build wealth for the next generation. Mighty lofty goals there friends!

But many of us wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t see myself working for someone even though that path seems “easier.” I choose to put my trust in God to lead me and the businesses. Here are some encouraging scriptures for entrepreneurs and for those who are unclear of the plan of God for your life.

1 Chronicles 28:19-21
All this, David said, “I have in writing from the hand of the Lord upon me, and he gave me understanding in all the details of the plan.”

David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished.”

The divisions of the priests and Levites are ready for all the work on the temple of God, and every willing man skilled in any craft will help you in all the work. The officials and all the people will obey your every command.

Psalm 33:11
But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.

Proverbs 15:22
Without counsel plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.

Proverbs 16:9
A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.

Proverbs 19:21
There are many plans in a man’s heart, nevertheless the Lord’s counsel – that will stand.

Proverbs 21:5 The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty surely to poverty.

Psalm 40:5 Many O Lord, my God are your wonderful works which you have done; and your thoughts toward us cannot be recounted to you in order; If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

Psalm 92:5 O, Lord, how great are your works! Your thoughts are very deep.

Psalm 139:17 How precious also are your thoughts to me, O God: How great is the sum of them!

Proverbs 16:3 Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts shall be established.

Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Be encouraged!
